Shipping Policy

In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items ship on or before the date shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. Orders that include a pre-order item ship together when the pre-order item is ready. Your card is charged when you place the order. If we can't ship by the date shown, we'll email you with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also track it anytime from your account.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email theclutchcoolers@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right. See our Returns & Warranty policy for more.
