Returns & Refunds

Unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The customer pays return shipping, and the refund goes back to the original payment method once we inspect the item.

Return window. You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return.

Condition. Items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging, with every included part, including the detachable bottle opener. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept coolers that have held ice, drinks, or food, or ice packs that have been frozen or used.

How to start a return. Email theclutchcoolers@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with a return authorization and our return address. Returns sent without a return authorization won't be refunded.

Return shipping. You're responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping charge isn't refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping service, because we can't refund a return that never reaches us.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Exchanges. To switch colorways, return the unused cooler using the steps above and place a new order.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right at no cost to you, including shipping. Defects found after that are handled under our 1-Year Limited Warranty below.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

1-Year Limited Warranty

The Clutch Golf Cart Cooler is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from delivery. The interior liner and Clutch Ice Packs are covered for 90 days.

Who is covered. The original purchaser, with proof of purchase from Clutch Coolers or an authorized retailer.

What is covered. Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. That includes:

Zippers, handles, straps, elastic bungee, and hardware	1 year
Detachable bottle opener	1 year
Interior PEVA liner: seam separation or leaks caused by a manufacturing defect	90 days
Clutch Ice Packs: leaks or seam failures caused by a manufacturing defect	90 days

What is not covered.

• Normal wear and tear, including fading, scuffs, and loss of shape over time
• Punctures, cuts, or tears from sharp objects such as keys, clubs, tees, or tools
• Damage from misuse, accidents, overloading, or dropping
• Damage from dry ice, hot items, or harsh chemical cleaners
• Mold, mildew, or odor from storing the cooler wet or uncleaned
• Products that have been modified, or used for commercial or rental purposes
• Ice and cold-retention time, which varies with temperature, sun exposure, and how the cooler is packed

How to file a claim. Email theclutchcoolers@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the defect, and a short description. Most claims are approved from photos alone. If we need to see the product, we'll tell you where to send it.

What we'll do. If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product with the same or a comparable model, or refund the purchase price, at our option. We cover shipping on the repaired or replacement product. If we ask you to send the product back, return shipping is your responsibility. A replacement product is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Legal. Any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Clutch Coolers is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limits may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
